Industrial Solutions Company Modernizes Its Website with HubSpot CMS
Boundify migrated and rebuilt KenBay’s 20-year-old website on HubSpot CMS, creating a more secure, manageable digital presence built to support the company’s marketing strategy and future growth.
Project Year: 2025–2026
Duration: 6 Months
The Results
By migrating to HubSpot CMS, KenBay renewed the foundation of its digital presence with a more secure, flexible, and manageable platform built to support its demand generation efforts and long-term growth.
The Challenge
KenBay’s website had been built more than 20 years ago and remained on a WordPress implementation that was no longer receiving the updates and maintenance needed to meet the company’s current needs.
Over time, the infrastructure had become a burden for the team. Maintaining the website required addressing security vulnerabilities, content updates had become increasingly difficult, and managing the hosting environment added another layer of complexity.
At the same time, rebuilding the website from scratch represented a significant investment for a small company.
KenBay needed a practical way to modernize its digital presence without taking on the cost and complexity of building an entirely new website on a separate platform.
The Goal
The project focused on four key objectives:
- Move the website to a modern, secure CMS.
- Reduce the security risks and maintenance burden associated with the existing infrastructure.
- Make it easier for KenBay’s team to manage and update website content.
- Bring the website into the HubSpot ecosystem already supporting KenBay’s marketing and demand generation efforts.
The goal was not simply to give the website a new look. It was to create a digital foundation that could support KenBay as its business and marketing strategy continued to evolve.
Our Solution
From outdated infrastructure to a new digital foundation
Boundify approached the HubSpot migration as an opportunity to progressively rebuild KenBay’s website within a platform already supporting its marketing efforts.
Rather than simply moving the existing pages as they were, the project began with a review of the website’s structure and content to establish a clearer architecture aligned with KenBay’s current needs.
Reorganizing and rebuilding the website
Boundify reorganized the website structure, rebuilt existing pages, and developed new pages to better support KenBay’s current digital presence.
The work created a clearer content structure and navigation experience while establishing a more flexible foundation for future updates and expansion.
The result was more than a content migration: KenBay emerged with a renewed website built on a modern digital architecture.
Migrating to HubSpot CMS
Boundify rebuilt the website directly within HubSpot CMS, replacing the previous infrastructure with a managed platform integrated with the marketing tools KenBay was already using.
The migration reduced reliance on third-party plugins and components that required ongoing maintenance, simplifying the technical management of the website and providing an infrastructure better suited to KenBay’s current needs.
Connecting the website to the marketing strategy
KenBay was already using HubSpot for its demand generation efforts. Moving the website into the same ecosystem created a more direct connection between the company’s digital presence and its marketing activities.
This gives KenBay a website that can evolve alongside its marketing strategy while making it easier to support future content, analytics, conversion, and demand generation initiatives.
